AI Diagnostic
One to two hours mapping your operation end to end: how work moves, where it stalls, where the same information gets retyped into a third system. I am looking for the gap between what your business knows and where that knowledge actually lives.
You get a written plan covering the whole process, ranked by what each fix is worth — not a list of tools. If the honest answer is that AI does not help a particular problem, that is in the plan too.
The plan is yours either way. Take it to someone else, hand it to your own team, or do nothing with it. There is no obligation to continue and nothing is held back.

Guided Implementation
We build the first system together — in your accounts, on your real work, with the people who will actually use it in the room. Not a demo environment, not my sandbox.
Training is not a phase that happens afterwards. It is how the build happens: the person who will run this thing every day is the person watching it get made, asking why, and making the next change themselves.
Every login, file and automation stays in your name. When we finish, you have a working system, documentation for it, and at least one person who can change it without calling anyone.

Custom Training Program
Built on your workflows and your tools, person by person. A generic AI course teaches people prompts; this teaches your estimator how to turn your intake notes into your quote format, and your office manager how to keep your knowledge base honest.
Everyone learns on the work they actually do, which is the only version of AI training that survives contact with a busy week.

Private Workshop
A half-day for the whole team. Everyone leaves having built something real — not having watched a slide about what AI could theoretically do.
The other half of the value is shared language. After a workshop, the argument about whether to "use AI for that" stops being abstract, because everyone in the room has now seen where it works and where it falls over.
Good first step if you are not sure there is a project yet. Several engagements have started here and gone no further, which is a fine outcome.

System Health Check
Optional and occasional. Tools change fast — models get deprecated, an integration changes its API, a form gets a new field. This confirms what you built still holds up.
This is not a retainer. There is no monthly fee, no minimum term, and no automatic renewal. You ask for it when you want it.
Skip it entirely and nothing breaks. The systems are yours and they keep running; this is a second pair of eyes, not a dependency.
