AI runs the floor.
You run the company.

Quoting, scheduling, inventory, invoicing, follow-up: deployed into your own accounts and running on its own. Every node here is work your team stopped touching.

See if it fits

A short call. You will get a straight answer, including if the answer is no.

I train your team to run AI,by building it with them.

Most AI help falls into two piles. Consultants who produce a slide deck and leave, and agencies who run the thing for you forever on a monthly fee.

I do neither.

I sit with your team and we build it together, in your accounts, on your real jobs. I do the heavy lifting; your people learn it as it takes shape, on the work they already do. You own what we build, and I do not disappear once it is running.

A diagnostic that maps your whole operation
Your accounts
Every login, file and automation in your name
Kept current
Tuned as your work changes, not frozen at launch

If you have been meaning tofigure AI out, this is for you.

For owners who would rather actually use AI than keep reading about it, and for anyone sitting on something they have put off because it looked too hard alone.

If there is something you have been putting off because it looks too hard to do on your own: a report nobody has time to build, a process only you understand, a website you do not have access to edit.

Bring the problem and what you know about your business. I bring the technical side, the tool choices and the setup. That’s the part I’m for.

You don’t even need to care about AI.

But if something has been broken for a while, AI is probably the way out. I can get you there sooner than you expect.

What I provide

Five steps.Start anywhere,end anywhere.

You step off whenever you’ve got what you came for. If you stop after the diagnostic and run with it yourself, that was a good outcome.

01
AI Diagnostic
One to two hours mapping your operation end to end: how work moves, where it stalls, where it gets retyped. You get a written plan covering the whole process, ranked by what each fix is worth.
1-2 hours
You keep: written plan
Yours with or without me
02
Guided Implementation
We build the first system together, in your accounts, on your real work, with the people who’ll use it in the room. Training isn’t a phase; it’s how the build happens.
2-4 weeks
You keep: the system
Documented, transferable
03
Custom Training Program
Built on your workflows and your tools, person by person, not a generic AI course. Everyone learns on the work they actually do.
Role-based
You keep: the capability
Your material, not a template
04
Private Workshop
A half-day for the whole team. Everyone leaves having built something real, and knowing where AI does and doesn’t belong in their job.
Half a day
You keep: shared language
Whole-team session
05
System Health Check
Optional and occasional. Tools change fast; this confirms what you built still holds up. Not a retainer. Skip it and nothing breaks.
Periodic
You keep: control

Six recurring workflows. Each one is already cost you money.

The best AI work is not a new tool. It is a workflow you already run every week. These are the six that come up most.

01 / 06
Speed-to-lead response
Reply while the buyer is still interested, before a competitor beats you to it.
Where it plugs in
  • Web form submissions
  • Missed-call text-back
  • Facebook and Google lead ads
02 / 06
Speed-to-quote
Turn the information already in your business into a faster, more consistent quote.
What it pulls from
  • Your price book or rate sheet
  • Past quotes for similar jobs
  • Notes from the intake call
03 / 06
Missing-document follow-up
Chase the file, signature, photo or form that is holding the job up.
What it chases
  • Signed contracts and waivers
  • Site photos and inspection reports
  • Permits, W-9s and insurance certs
04 / 06
Lead qualification and routing
Collect the right information, score the opportunity, send it to the right person.
What it checks
  • Budget, timeline and location
  • Your scoring and priority rules
  • Which rep or crew is free
05 / 06
Knowledge-base maintenance
Turn calls, emails and documents into reviewed company knowledge instead of another pile of notes.
What it draws on
  • Call transcripts and emails
  • Existing SOPs and manuals
  • Your shared drive or wiki
06 / 06
Monthly proof reporting
Show what the system handled, what needed a person, what failed, and what improved.
What it shows
  • What came in, and how fast
  • What a person had to step in for
  • What changed since last month
Get found by AI

Your next customer may neversee a search result.

More people now start with an assistant than with a list of links. That changes the job: instead of ranking on a page, you have to be the business the assistant names when someone asks. The work has a name, Generative Engine Optimization, and almost nobody local is doing it yet.

People are asking, not searching ChatGPT weekly users, as reported by OpenAI

Ranking is no longer the same job as being recommended.

Only about a third of what AI assistants cite comes from the top ten results any more. They pull from what other sites say about you, from your reviews, from the answers you have published, and from whether your details are consistent everywhere they look. That is a different piece of work to traditional SEO, and it is one your team can learn to keep running.

What we do together: find the questions your buyers actually ask an assistant, check what it says about you today, fix what it is getting wrong, publish the answers it is missing, and set up a monthly check so you can see it moving.
